Jewelry may come into contact with soaps, creams and similar chemicals depending on daily life conditions. Contact with chemical substances does not damage the diamonds, but may cause surface tarnish. Likewise, capillary scratches or tarnish may occur on gold surfaces. For all these reasons, jewelry needs to be cared for periodically. Jewels that are periodically maintained regain their first day's sparkle. For this reason, the first year of maintenance is free of charge by SIMI SENG.

When not being used, please store your SIMI SENG jewelery in the protective bag and box provided with your purchase.

Repair:

In rare cases, jewelry may be damaged and in need of repair. In such cases, you can get detailed information and support from SIMI SENG in order to have it repaired at the most affordable cost.

The conditions stated below are valid only for purchases made from our online store.

You can return the jewellery purchased from the virtual store within 14 days from the date of receipt from the cargo company and get a full refund of the amount you paid. In accordance with the Consumer Law, there is no legal obligation to return ring orders. However, since the ring size is prepared individually for ring orders, a 10% deduction is made and the return is taken. (Rings with special order are not returned.) In order to exercise this right, the decision to withdraw must be notified to Simi Seng within this 14-day period for products with intact labels. For notification, it is sufficient to contact us via our contact number or by e-mail.

The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in products that are produced in accordance with the very special requests and demands of the consumer or personalised by making changes or additions. The right of return without loss cannot be used in case of subsequent size change in rings, subsequent chain lengthening or shortening in necklaces. 

You must send your orders that you want to return as sent to you, complete with the product, invoice-dispatch note, certificate and gift products, if any, with the cargo shipping code we will notify you.

After the return product reaches us, the cost of the returned product will be refunded to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if it was placed via money order / EFT.
